Lobular Screen
What is a lobular-axis screening bucket and how does it work?
The “baabor” lobular screen is an excavation bucket equipped for screening work.
Through hydraulic operation, the bucket allows the material inside to be screened, removing fines smaller than the distance between the axes while retaining larger solids inside.
Our innovative lobular-profile system on the screening axes goes beyond any other axle screen on the market. With a silent, vibration-free movement, it gently agitates the material inside the bucket. This enables the screening of materials sensitive to breakage, such as demolition debris containing bricks, wood, iron pieces, etc., as well as construction fines, without crushing any of them.
This feature makes the mechanical requirements of our screen very low, which considerably reduces the weight of the equipment, as well as its moving parts, which are completely maintenance-free.
All of the above does not eliminate the possibility of performing aggressive screenings, such as rock at a quarry face.
We could call it “plug and play” as it does not require hydraulic adjustments on excavators, nor technical assistance for its installation and commissioning.
